Investment plans offer fixed returns as described on the Plans page. Returns are credited to your wallet upon plan maturity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any investment plan with reasonable notice to affected investors.
You agree not to: use the platform for money laundering or fraudulent activities; attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform; create multiple accounts; use automated tools to interact with the platform; or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

Vaultex Markets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to liability.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to a jury trial.
